Linden flower (Tilia cordata) 285 mg
English plantain aerial parts (Plantago lanceolata) 171 mg
Cowslip primrose flower (Primula veris) 76 mg
Calendula flower (Calendula officinalis) 76 mg
Directions:
Adults: To prepare a cup of tea, infuse 1 tea bag in 150-250 ml of boiling water. Allow the herbs to steep for at least 10 minutes. Drink 1 cup of tea 2-3 times daily as needed.
