Recommended Use:
Helps maintain healthy cholesterol levels and lower blood total and LDL cholesterol.
Helps support cardiovascular health, cognitive health, and brain function.
Helps reduce the frequency of migraine headaches and associated nausea and vomiting when taken as prophylaxis/prevention.
Helps reduce serum triglycerides.
Directions:
Recommended adult dose: 2 softgels daily with food or as directed

For migraine prophylaxis/prevention: 2 softgels 2–3 times daily with food or as directed by a health care practitioner. Use for at least 3 months to see beneficial effects.
