Directions of Use:
Adult: Take 2 capsules daily with food or as directed by your health-care practitioner. Not to be taken immediately before bedtime. If you are taking other medications, take this product a few hours before or after them.
Duration of use: Consult a health-care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.
Contains no: Soy, wheat, eggs, dairy, yeast, citrus, preservatives, artificial flavour or colour, or starch.
