Ingredients:
Each teaspoon (2g) contains:
Magnesium (magnesium carbonate)* 150mg
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 8mcg / 320 IU
Vitamin K2 (menaquinone) 30mcg
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 80mg
Zinc (zinc picolinate) 4mg
Boron (boric acid) 0.35mg
Potassium (potassium bicarbonate) 100mg
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal 5′-phosphate) 0.8mg
Non-medicial Ingredients: Citric acid*, lemon flavour.
*Magnesium carbonate and citric acid combine with hot water to create ionic magnesium citrate.
Directions:
Dosage Oral (Adults 19 years and over): Start by taking 2g daily and gradually increase to 4g per day. Mix in a glass or mug with enough hot water to create a fizzing action. Let it fizz, then stir until dissolved. Fill the remainder of the glass or mug with warm or cold water and enjoy. If using cold water, allow it to fully ionise for approximately 20 minutes before drinking. Take with food. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 3 months.
