Memory Boost is a blend of seven brain-boosting nutrients selected for their effectiveness in enhancing memory and cognitive function. It supports oxygen and energy supply to the brain, reduces oxidative stress, and helps maintain healthy neurotransmitter levels.
The formula includes the amino acid acetyl-L-carnitine for sustained mental energy, and vinpocetine and Ginkgo biloba, which clinical research suggests supports healthy blood flow to the brain. Huperzine A is the active ingredient in the traditional Chinese herb Huperzia serrata. It has been shown to improve memory function, as it plays a role in the management of acetylcholine, one of the most important neurotransmitters in the brain. Memory Boost also contains the antioxidants N-acetyl-L-cysteine and alpha-lipoic acid, which help defend brain neurons from free radical damage.
Our brains have high oxygen and energy demands. Frequent nutritional gaps, stress, and irregular sleep patterns all contribute to reduced mental acuity. Memory Boost helps ensure that there is a steady flow of nutrients to the brain.
Memory Boost is part of the Three Brains line of supplements which take a whole-body approach to optimal brain health. According to Karen Jensen, ND, author of Three Brains: How the Heart, Brain, and Gut Influence Mental Health and Identity, “There is growing evidence that nutrients from whole foods, exercise, and supplements are effective, non-invasive ways to support mental health and cognition.”
