Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin in S. cerevisiae) 500mcg
Folate (folic acid in broccoli) 400mcg
Organic Beet Root (Beta vulgaris) 100mg
Other Ingredients: Broccoli, Cellulose, Dried Yeast, Hypromellose, Silica and Stearic acid. Directions:
Adults and adolescents (9 years old and over), take 1 tablet per day. May be taken anytime throughout the day, even on an empty stomach.
