Directions:
Add to salad dressings, smoothies, oatmeal, and baking or take alone, starting with 1 teaspoon per day and building to 1 tablespoon 3 times per day. If taking on an empty stomach, be sure to start slowly and build to tolerated level to prevent stomach upset.
